If you follow me on Snapchat, you know how much I love smoothies. I made one over the weekend and people wanted to know what I used. So today I’m sharing a quick and easy smoothie recipe that tastes as good as it looks.
Quick + Easy Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of flax seeds
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
Using a Ninja blender, I added the milk first, then strawberries, blueberries, bananas, spinach and topped it off with flax seeds. After blending until smooth it’s ready to go.
This smoothie recipe came out better than I expected. Or maybe it was the wine glass that made my tastebuds feel fancy. Either way, delicious is an understatement. Remember, all of these ingredients can be adjusted to your preferences.
