Unlearning Unhealthy Habits

unlearnhabits

I am learning and unlearning, and learning again.

As we enter the last month of the year, looking back on our daily lives is also a way to move forward. Not staying stuck in the past, but peering into its lens to see what can be released, what needs more nourishment and what can begin anew.

If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter, you’ll know that this week’s focus has been self-acceptance and honoring your self (beautiful photos by my great friend Unique, check out her work!).

Here’s a quick read on unlearning unhealthy habits. It’s purpose is to get the mind right and into the flow of affirmations and positive thinking as 2017 comes to a close.

I know those resolutions are on the tip of your tongue, refreshing your thoughts and energy can help your vision become more vivid.

It’s time to evolve.

Doesn’t the word evolve, sound so much more appealing than change? With evolving comes learning to unlearn the old habits that have been holding back our bloom.

From releasing negative thoughts to rejecting self-doubt to fully living in the present moment, these self-evolving affirmations can assist on your path to a healthier wellbeing and overall outlook on life.
